1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website www.saventariox.com (hereinafter "the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the Site. Saventariox S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter "Saventariox") reserves the right to modify these terms at any time by publishing the updated version on this page.
2. Description of Service
Saventariox is a private consulting firm that offers financial guidance services, advisory on access to government support programs, and personal finance education. The services provided through this Site are informational and advisory in nature. Saventariox is not a government entity, regulated financial institution, or regulated financial services provider. The information presented on this Site does not constitute professional financial, legal, or tax advice, and should not be taken as a substitute for consultation with duly certified professionals.
3. Eligibility
To use our consulting services, you represent and warrant that: you are over 18 years of age; you have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Mexican law; you will provide truthful, complete, and current information in all forms and communications with Saventariox; you will use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site exclusively for the purposes permitted by these Terms and applicable law. The following is prohibited: using the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, server, or system connected to the Site; interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Site; transmitting any virus, worm, defect, trojan horse, or any destructive element; collecting or storing personal data of other users without their express consent.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of Saventariox or its content providers and is protected by Mexican and international intellectual property laws, including the Federal Copyright Law and the Industrial Property Law. The "Saventariox" trademark and associated logo are registered trademarks. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any content on the Site without prior written authorization is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Saventariox provides the Site and its services "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by Mexican law, Saventariox shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses; results obtained from the information or advice provided; interruptions, delays, or errors in the operation of the Site. Saventariox's total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for services during the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using our services, you consent to the processing of your data as established in said policy and in compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, expressly waiving any other venue that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile or for any other reason.
